Returns and exchange policy

At Ninda Sleep Shop (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your bedding products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Below is our return and refund policy:


Returns

  • You may return items within 7 days from the date you received them to Ninda Warehouse. 
  • Items must unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Items with pilling, markings, stains, or strong odors (such as smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted.
  • Hygiene-related items like body pillows , Pregnancy Pillows or mattresses cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Our 7-day return policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to receiving a damaged, incorrect item, or a product that is defective.

Missing Items / Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • If you’ve received an incorrect item, your order is missing an item, or if an item is damaged in any way, please contact our support team at ninda.sleepshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.

Exchanges for Out-of-Stock Items

  • If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue store credit that is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.

Important Notes

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns and refunds.
  • Coupon codes and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns after 7 days.
